FEASiBILITY
We have a robust and well developed methodology for consulting and developing events and festival strategies that build on existing strengths of Place whilst identifying opportunities for sustainable, equitable growth and skills development that roots talent and returns on investment for the places where we work. Our work always delivers on a triple bottom-line of economy, environment and social impacts and we are dedicated to creating an ethical, accessible cultural sector.
PROGRAMME AND COMMISSION
We develop programmes from scratch or deliver on existing works in progress. We identify, approach, negotiate and contract artists. We develop a comprehensive plan responding to the complexity of each brief and ensure all stakeholders know how the project is developing. Throughout we know how to manage artists to ensure successful delivery.
CROSS-ARTS DEVELOPMENT
We support local artists breaking into international art-worlds and know how to effectively host international artists. We manage and market major projects across international borders with numerous partners and are experienced commissioning and presenting new music and visual art across Europe and beyond. We work with artists to build relationships with other creative collaborators, funders, collectors, production support - building careers and profile internationally.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
We have in-depth knowledge of curating, event delivery and technical production so we can handle every aspect of event, exhibition, workshop or festival activity. From the original design, to the briefing and contracting of technical suppliers we can deliver lighting, sound, visual media, technical crew, service suppliers and infrastructure staffing. We ensure compliance with all aspects of health and safety working closely with stakeholders so no aspect of a production comes as a surprise.
